      You will have a lot of free time to work on your own, or not. Outsourcing companies like Pactera sometimes give you a great opportunity to get transfered to the company you on-site/offline working with, which might help to grow your career.

      Cons

      Benefits and salaries are not as competitive at all.

      Pros

      Since it is a outsourcing company, various projects are available depends on which clients it is serving. If you are lucky then you may have a better career path.

      Cons

      Because it is a outsourcing company, so its culture is not as good as other product company like apply/google. It's budget is always limited and sr. management would never like to spend money on employees. So the firm can't keep talent people for long.

      Great place to start plying your trade and improving skills set. No or minimal politics...

      Cons

      Ground level employees are not remunerate enough to catch up market rate... Hence high turn over rate.
