      Work hard but get experience

      Pros

      There are a lot of different projects that I can be involved with. I can gain experience in areas that I don't have previous experience in.

      Cons

      Sometimes overtime work is required to complete the job. Once in while I find it challenging to figure out who can help me with administration related things.

      Pros

      Nice team mates and working environment. When I am challenged with a problem, my colleagues are always eager to help me solve it. If I need support for something because I am not available or not qualified, there will always be someone willing to help out.

      Cons

      Since I have not been working here too long, I don't know if the environment here is applicable to all Pactera locations. I understand that different countries have different cultures, and I am only speaking about the situation here at headquarters in China.

      Pros

      Newly formed global firm (merger of two China-based IT service providers) means that new ideas that propel growth and set direction are valued. Employees can make a difference. Nice to be exposed to difference cultures from around the world, particularly China. Dedicated teams and team members.

      Cons

      Widely distributed geographies and service delivery teams means that extra effort is needed for communications within the company.
