      Pros

      Pactera offers it's employees flexibility and autonomy, great people to work with and benefits such as Parental leave that are comparable to the market place (in particular for a smaller company likes ours). Given the unique position the international businesses are in i.e ramp up mode, there are various avenues for career growth if you take your career in your own hands and are keen to gain further insights in working with a large and successful China based IT services business. The potential in the Australia business is what is exciting and motivating.

      Cons

      Legacy and disparate systems are still in the process of being upgraded, it should get better with the Office 365 roll out soon Change Management could be better
