      Great colleagues and working environment, willing to teach. Supervisor quite nice as very patient and explain the work flow

      you will have lot of chances to work with different clients and you can learn new technologies.

      Cons

      I am not sure how you can do after you are getting older. After merge, there are lot of things not good to ex-Vanceinfo employees.
