You will be attracted with high packages by the recruiters during the time of interviews. Real twist starts once you enter the organization as everything related to financials will be communicated orally during interview & things wont be mentioned in offer letter except CTC. Variable Pay will be given once in a year that too only 40% - 50% of the total even if you are the top performer, incase if you leave the organization in middle it will be elapsed for the total year. Don't fall in trap of recruiter/HR promises (allowances, variable pay cycle, appraisals, benefits), once you enter the organization no one cares about the promises given to you. Firing employees is common in the organization & there is no policy for appraisals. Most of the employees completed more than 2 years in the organization & no one got appraisals till date. They tell themselves as Dream company to work & having good projects & revenue, profits in every all hands meet but when asked about variable pay deductions & appraisals they tell organization is not performing well.
