Flexible work hours... But I bet you have to sacrify your personal time...

Cons

Everything is con's here, job security, no projects, lot of pocs you need to do, filled with politics and micromanagement , cast and regional feelings, hides or modifies the actual feedback received from client to suppress or control your salary. Hr and managers will give value to new joiner and make you leave soon. Sometimes you need answerable to your juniors. It's a strategy executed from leadership.
