Some flexibility in choosing projects that fit my interests and/or skills. Teammates are a great help when it comes down to the wire and their help or support is needed. Sometimes it feels like we're in a foxhole together...either we all survive or we all go down together. Excellent camaraderie.

Cons

A lot of pressure from clients that are sometimes in a different timezone, making it hard to align schedules
