      Strong focus on Digital transformation, which I believe is the right move in this industry of IT services.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be left out if you are not in tune with their Digital foot-steps.

      Cash for helping company find the right people. Already recommended several ex-classmates. Good opportunties for new grads to learn the software trade.

      Cons

      Wish there would be more corp communication directed towards employees, so that we feel part of the family. We're often based at client site.
