      Good way to develop basic skills

      Pros

      Pactera offers training for new employees, usually together with the clients. It is quite rigorous, so allows me to build solid skills. Company has many offices that I can choose to work in.

      Cons

      Hard to balance personal time with work because often don't know whether I will work overtime the next day or not.

      Pros

      Very good work-life balance, very good work experience. Nice office. Learned a lot from this employee as well as they gave me the experience of a corporate level job experience.

      Cons

      No opportunity to work from home. Have to be present at work every day and only in the office. Special times are assigned to be available at the desk for the other people to locate you.
