      Poor planning by HR, no value appreciation by management

      Pros

      Cant think of any good ones except the culture.

      Cons

      I remember when i was scheduled for an interview, the HR keep changing my interview date last minute. Their reason was they have a lot of candidates to interview. Maybe they have other suitable candidaes in hand..but this shows they do not value candidates seriously.

      Best Reason is brand name

      No much challenging projects. Also a lot of internal politics, lay off employees jsut like that saying sales team is not good and we dont have enough projects to put in.

      Pros

      it is one of the biggest outsourcing company in China. Many Chinese people work there. It is becoming bigger and bigger.

      Cons

      It has no good salary, no good benefit. Employee do not feel being cared about. The management is not well organized.
