Smart people, good product, decent pay, and an optimistic future ahead of them.

Cons

Like the title says; sink or swim. Don't expect much help during ramp up. Start up culture with a lack of processes in place to effectivley help scale.

- A lot of great people to work with - though they are leaving or being kicked out. - Opportunities to do good work and innovate exist - though they get squashed due to short term politics

Cons

- Work life balance is a challenge - expect to be penalized if you're not responsive - or sometimes if you are too responsive. - Leadership expect you to just say yes - no healthy debate though on paper they encourage it.

Cons

Remote first isn't necessarily a con, but can be if you prefer to be in an office. Note that we now have hubs in 3 major US cities for those who prefer an in-person experience.
