Interview process & leadership

I've read a few scathing reviews about the interview process and leadership at Pacvue and I have to say the negative comments could not be further from the truth. My interview process was respectful, fun, engaging, and I felt very heard. I interviewed with 6 different people from all levels, including both co-founders. You have to understand this is a startup and it's very different from interviewing with a place like Amazon. My interviews were far less of the intimidating "solve this math problem, show me how to build a campaign, what would you do if ACoS was greater than 50%", and so much more of "what's your perspective on industry challenges like XYZ, and what drives you in business?" I was, and still am, positively blown away by the dedication of leadership to each individual employee. The culture is amazing. We work hard and play hard.

Startup! But that's what you sign up for, and it's hard work. It's very rewarding and fun.
