You can invest time in studying and it's very flexible working there as a student. I think it's a good place to learn from others.

Pros

Great product, great environment to work, great culture and values, great support from the team while working remotely, visiting the headquarters in Germany twice a year, great communication with the team, amount of holidays over the average in Mexico.

Cons

A growing company has to go through some pains while it grows, Paessler is adapting itself to a new level of challenges as a larger company.
