Free lunches, friendly people, lots of technology and opportunity to explore new avenues of interest

Cons

Rapidly changing company that is no longer a startup. Becoming much more structured, which isn't terrible, but less ability to drive change as more of that is coming from the top now. In some cases want top notch technology, but won't put up the proper money. Great parties though!

The culture is riddled with hypocrisy. In here, the measure of success is measured differently for a few people. If you are not one of the "liked' individuals, who get picked up for monthly awards which have no transparency, then expect to be treated poorly. Contrary to what the company's annual goals wants you to believe, the managers do not care about your career development.

- Great company culture such as ERG groups like SisterDuty, RainbowDuty etc - Managers are supportive and we have good development plans in place - Internal career development sessions - Good opportunity to grow in your career as it's a growing startup and they do promote/hire internally!
