Pros

Humble, fun, AMAZING! Hip and open office environment in SOMA close to the ballpark and BART. Whiskey Wednesdays, movie nights, kegorator, impromtu Happy Hours, Ladies nights, team offsites and dinners, gongs, champagne toasts, poker nights, Hackathons, hosted meetups, bike racks inside the office, Andreessen backed, Toronto office, collaborative and cross functional teamwork, career development, solving real problems, challenging work, talented and really smart people. Overall the best place I've ever worked!

Cons

NONE! I suppose if you consider having free yummy snacks at all times like Doritos, chocolate covered pretzels, gummy bears and sodas a con because you are watching your figure....then that might be considered a con.

Pros

PagerDuty is a fun and exciting place to work. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The management team is helpful and provides a good roadmap for the organization. Perks like food, drinks, etc... are also very nice.

Cons

There aren't really any cons that I can think of while working at PagerDuty. I'm extremely satisfied with my position here and like everything about the job. Perhaps if we just moved a bit closer to BART I'd be happier, but it's only a 10 minute walk.

Pros

There are good people, interesting work and massive growth. There's also a dedicated happiness team that responds to requests for everything from hardware to beer selection. Great location if you live in the city with lots of bike parking.

Cons

The customers are very vocal, so there's always a fire to put out. There is an element of being on call for many roles.
