Pros

Wellbeing is at the heart, really look after their people with lots of wellbeing support and additional leave (even a paid week off in July - fantastic) . Great work ethics and team spirit - you feel like you belong from day 1. Community vibes ! Lots of updates and insights from leadership. so you know whats going and where we are going. There is a lot of passion in this company and it shows top to bottom. Great people makes a great company !!

Cons

None really. This is a fast paced growing organisation which means there is always a project, development, changes etc- so something to be part of whilst making your mark so if you aren't one for getting stuck in & owning it then it might not be for you!

Pay was good. Got to solve interesting problems and sell to some name brands.

Cons

Lots of changes on a quarterly basis. Hard for new folks to adapt.
