Pros

- Great local leader in Natalie Fair - Company is on the up; Rundeck proving to be a great value add for PagerDuty - Local APJ team that lives by the company value - Good culture where everyone knows everyone because of the size of the APJ team and enjoys a good time

Cons

- Difficulty getting things done in sales process sometimes due to support being internationally located in USA
