Pros

This is a fantastic organization. The people are collaborative and helping, the product is loved by all the companies that love it and the process for go-to-market is working very well.

Cons

None to speak of. It would be nice to have a 401k matching.

Pros

The people are smart, nice and laid back. There are no jerks here. Great hard-working culture of show don't tell, transparent, positive and helpful. I highly recommend working here.

Cons

Benefits could be better for such a profitable company. Typical growth/scale "start-up" problems, but good problems to have, and people are actively working on them.

Pros

Wellness days Hibernation duty in December

Cons

This place has not been a great place to work for the last few years. The culture went from people-first to company-first. They don’t invest in their people and morale is low. The culture is toxic and so many people are scared to make decisions. Leadership lacks alignment and it shows in every area of the business. Tech is a challenging environment to work in right now and most people are hanging tight until they are laid off or the market changes.
