Pros

Super inclusive company culture and a top notch product.

Cons

I was hired to lead a team of CSMs who manages millions of dollars in ARR despite not having any experience with customers of this revenue size.

good for junior AE, not for enterprise

Pros

making the most of a basic technology. good place for a junior rep to learn some repeatable, tactical sales motions.

Cons

boring technology to sell since it doesn't drive business outcomes and is handled by lower level IT org chart since it's a commodity. company execs spend time with AE selling apps and platforms that create business results. if you want to become an strategic, respected, enterprise sales rep dealing with execs, go elsewhere.
