Pros

PagerDuty has a fun atmosphere and everyone gets along well. The free daily lunches are great and work from home is quite flexible. There are frequent office events and parties.

Cons

The amount of work can be excessive and long hours are expected rather than appreciated. Employees in administrative roles are not appreciated as much as sales or engineering employees.

Pros

PagerDuty is no BS when it comes to risk-taking culture and inclusiveness. Managers make sure each team member is heard.

Cons

Bad managers are hard to get rid of. People quit managers not jobs, not all managers are created equal.

Pros

Everyone works together to create the best streamline of workflow. You'll always have someone on your back anytime you're stuck. Continuous support from team leaders and well managed atmosphere to keep your days delightful.

Cons

The company is growing at rapid speeds, so sometimes you'll find yourself stuck or overwhelmed. Although, this almost always gets overshadowed from the Pros written above.
