Pros

Colleagues are intelligent, supportive, and the workforce is very diverse, with a strong culture of collaboration. The company is forward‑thinking in its use of AI and innovation. Overall compensation and benefits are very competitive.

Cons

This environment isn’t for the faint of heart. You’ll push beyond your limits, and the work never really stops. There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel, but it often feels just out of reach. One year here can feel like five. The pace is relentless, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. The AI strategy has strong potential, but it urgently needs clearer guardrails. The stock performance hasn’t been ideal, and the company would benefit from slowing down to recalibrate. There are far too many meetings devoted to information that is already clearly visible on the dashboard. There are wellness days, which is appreciated, but the fact that they feel essential highlights how intense and draining it is.

Pros

- Genuinely kind and smart coworkers (Seriously. Some of the nicest people I've met in the industry) - Supportive team level managers - PTO/benefits - Decent pay - Interesting domain. - Sane interview process (no Leetcode puzzles) - Name brand recognition

Cons

- Stock/Company performance - Confusing/inconsistent road map - Constant reorgs, (stealth layoffs), vague messaging from up top - Director+ management is out of touch and tone deaf - Tanking morale at the IC level. Most teams are understaffed + overworked leading to mistakes - Acquisitions that don't gel with the core platform for a coherent user experience

Pros

Smart colleagues, strong culture, access to a lot of professional development resources, overall work/life flexibility, investment in offsites/in person team collaboration, free lunch when in office

Cons

Lack of company confidence, poor stock performance, churn in leadership roles, RTO mandate push in second half of the year, rising benefits cost, constant reorgs, push to use AI but CIO blocks using AI.
