      Pros

      Office Staff is Friendly, They reward and recognize for hard work, and the company seems like it keeps growing which will lead to more jobs. They have had some fun company evens like Baseball games, walks for causes, and company potlucks.

      Cons

      You can't wear the in-style shredded jeans, they don't have sick time only payed time off....how can you plan to be sick?

      Communicating with people that need our help and being able to help them. Good program and good field staff.

      Staff Turnover, lack of focus on one or two programs, constant change without direction

      We too are disheartened by turnover. As many of us know, turnover happens for various reasons and we wholeheartedly wish the best for those who have moved on to other opportunities. Palco is family oriented and we strive to take care of all the participants we serve. We do have wonderful field staff that continues to go above and beyond. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to apply where needed.

      i just really like helping people. it is so much fun to see the look on there faces when you are helping them and that makes me feel good.

      Cons

      i really dont have any cons about work as a caregiver. it just really like doing it but really i dont like doing dishes.
