      A management training program would be ideal to ensure all managers are on the same page and continue to strengthen leadership qualities.

      We are glad you found our dress code pleasing. As far as a horrible place to work, I would say that is a subjective, and circumstantial statement. We as a company take ownership of our mistakes and can only learn and grow moving forward. We are sorry for your experience and hope the best for you moving forward

This means being accountable for one's own work, applying the feedback that is given during coaching's and learning the materials provided to do the job at hand. This can be a challenge if one is not used to working as autonomously as this position requires. We will continue to improve our internal structure to provide the best work environment and customer service experience.
