      Pros

      Love meeting go people, and the company is great to work for. They do offer job advancement.

      Cons

      Just the time it takes with paperwork, sometimes when hiring new workers.

      Communicating with people that need our help and being able to help them. Good program and good field staff.

      We too are disheartened by turnover. As many of us know, turnover happens for various reasons and we wholeheartedly wish the best for those who have moved on to other opportunities. Palco is family oriented and we strive to take care of all the participants we serve. We do have wonderful field staff that continues to go above and beyond. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to apply where needed.
