Pro's of working here is the housing, free meals, and the work culture.

Cons

Not sure I can say there are a lot of cons to Pali Institute. I have been here for over a year, and it has been a lot of fun.

Seems a bit too difficult to get rid of terrible employees that create a hostile environment and bring everyone else down, reducing productivity.

We want to give them reasonable opportunity to improve and set clear expectations. We also want to make sure we are handling whatever the situation maybe appropriately. A lot of responsibity on supervisors to ensure they are doing this consistently no matter the outcome! We are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate the input.
