Thank you for your review! Camp pay is not the highest paying no question. We have increased our pay though, to not only help be more competitive in the outdoor education industry but to reflect we do care about paying staff more too! In addition provide offsite housing, is shared but large spacious houses with paid utilities and free meals!

The best friends you could possibly find. They become your family. The Director and leadership team are awesome individuals who care about your experience.

Cons

Very long days. So worth it tho if you are in the right head space.
