Pros

Really nice people on my team who make the day-to-day worth it.

Cons

Oh so many - the company is not at all what it was before the merge (now Lumivero). Total identity change. Mediocre benefits. Claim to be people first but clearly are company and management first.

It's a growth-oriented company going through changes designed to maximize revenue and minimize extra work, which is exciting to be a part of.

Cons

You definitely have work flexibility here, but it can be hard to force yourself to turn off.
