Pros

Great teams to work with . Regular meetings with Management to keep things on track. Good benefits and competitive salary scale. Continuous development of the product to keep things fresh and great trainers to help customers make the best use of the software. lots of investment in new systems and staff to bring everything uptodate.

Cons

Lots of changes in company structure over the past year or two - not necessarily bad but can seem unsettling to some as the communication is not always clear. Lots of staff changes involving losing long term team members, however that appears usual in this type of structure change.
