Pros

Competitive pay, Union, many in house hiring opportunities and room for advancement.

Cons

The company is restricted by what it can do from the union so the first 90day trial period feels like a hazing. Your boss can and will fire you at the drop of a hat for whatever reason. Once past the 90-day period you're still heavily monitored by management and your fellow coworkers. I was once reported for changing my plastic gloves too many times by a coworker.

Pros

Danaher owned company, which provides the perks of a good 401k match, good pto, and good health care coverage.

Cons

Management is smoke and mirrors. No technical expertise in any of the management, they present a false sense of leadership to upper management but are not qualified for their job titles. Most do not understand the fundamentals of their industry or engineering principles.
