      Pros

      With the wide scope of their business, they are positioned to succeed when some industries have downturns. There are good future opportunities for the corporation to grow as the world is more focused on being "green", and higher levels of fluid cleanliness are required in some industries.

      Cons

      The corporation is so focused on the immediate financial targets, that the value of knowledgable employees is overlooked. This will affect the ability of the corporation to retain people going forward.

      overwhelming focus is on shareholders, not on employees, products or VoC ... lack of vertical integration from the "bottom" to the top, always from the top to the bottom approach ... lack of clear leadership and direction
