      Some coworkers were supportive and made long shifts more bearable. • Decent hands-on experience that can help you learn technical tasks. • Stable industry work, but that’s about the only positive.

      Cons

      Extremely heavy workload with expectations far beyond the pay offered. • Management routinely denies or discourages time off, even for legitimate needs. • Constant understaffing leads to burnout and unrealistic production demands. • Poor communication from leadership and little appreciation for employee effort. The company has really declined in the last year and a half.
