Pros

Working to ensure a quality product is provided to the war-fighter!

Cons

Senior Management is terrible! They hire first class staff and then DO NOT allow them to do what they know what to do. MicroManagement is the worst I have seen ever. They take the military attitude of "do what I say when I say it" and raise that 1,000 worse. There are many staff out on a daily occurrance SICK and some out on short term disability. Even with facts on why people are out, Management will not work to fix the issues or even look into them. Communication is one sided, when it is there (top down). There were a number of occassions I voiced concern to the VP and Sr Staff and NEVER had an opportunity to discuss nor were the issues resolved...NO...I am not a complainer/whinner by nature and those areas I tried to address were to improve processes.

Pros

If you are the kind of person that likes to work hard for very little pay or respect Pall is the place to work. You do get a lot of holidays off.

Cons

Pall is the kind of place that will take advantage of a good worker. Additionally they are unwilling to negotiate salaries at the time of an offer letter. Leadership is very disorganized with no real structure or vision.

Pros

Made some great friends there. The opportunity to work closely with people internationally. Pall works toward resolving world problems with a solution. Some very talented people work there. They do pay well for this area.

Cons

Chastised if you work honestly and don't back up managers lies. Only the manager can shine, if you take any of their thunder, lies will be made up to put in your personnel file and then your job will be eliminated. Dr. Pall would roll over in his grave if he could see how the company is being run. Quality means nothing anymore, only profit!!
