Staff aims to do the best that they can for the residents of Palm Beach County

Cons

No step raises 10+ years 2 Cost of Living-- 3% raises in past ten years -- mandatory retirement plan contribution and health care costs more than offset cost of living increases.

easy job to do not stressful quiet job, quiet place not busy

boring job They stopped letting us listen to music which made it extra boring everyday was the same work, there was little variety

Pros

This library system seems very supportive of its employees. The people are nice, and the job is pretty low stress.

Cons

There isn't much chance for promotion. But there is a chance to transfer between branches if you want to move into another job at the same level.
