The pay is competitive; much better than Antelope Valley Hospital. Close to Lancaster/Palmdale residents (no commuting to San Fernando Valley). Stock purchase plan available to share in the company's wealth.

Cons

For being a hospital, health benefits are average. They offer an EPO, HDHP PPO, and $500 deductible PPO all through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Pennsylvania. Expect to pay a lot for the PPO's. As for staffing, it seems there is so much work for so little staff, in part to being the only full service hospital in Palmdale but with that, expect to work long hours.
