Pros
They found a temp position and called me 2 days after I had my interview at the Palmer Group office. My impression is the major companies in the Des Moines area call Palmer first when they need temps.
Cons
This was supposed to be a 6 month assignment, but only 2 weeks into the assignment the client decides they don't need temps anymore and the job abruptly ended. Now I'm trying to get another assignment through Palmer, but they won't return my calls. And to add insult to injury, my paychecks showed a lower hourly rate than I was told I'd get when I started the assignment. Of course Palmer won't answer my questions about that either.
