Unprofessional Staffing Agency - Not an employee

Pros

the company contacts you in a timely matter for oppurtunuties until you are no longer desired by the job placemant

Cons

Do not communicate nor care about the people they acquire for job placemants. Drove a long period of time to not be greeted by an account exectuive that I had been in contact with and it wasn't until I sent 2 emails that I got a response on my status of employment that they had already known a full day previous

Concerned with Clients: Even through gun violence

Hey they paid me on time.

Cons

We had a contract employer bring a gun to work, no arrest, we were just pacified. No further discussion.

Safety and security of our employees, and anyone that comes into our office, is of utmost importance at Palmer Group which is why we've put a number of security measures in place to ensure their safety in situations like the one you have mentioned here. Pros

Not hard to find placement working for fairly decent companies. Initial interactions are attentive and helpful. Office is clean and appealing to the eye.

Cons

Little follow up and those efforts made are lackluster and not helpful. I perceive the recruiters as lazy after placement, seemingly no interest in contractors needs or concerns once assigned. No real attention paid to the interest or abilities of the contractor/applicant.
