Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear that you feel we are, mostly, on the right track. Thank you also for your concern in terms of upper management and their relationship with the rest of the team. We've worked really hard to create a culture of openness and inclusion from the top down with initiatives like an open door policy, weekly team meetings, new team member development training and many more. There is always more work to be done so if you have any insights that might help us get even better, please reply with those so we can continue to move toward our mission of Making Lives Better.
