Having holidays and weekends off if not on call

Cons

Would not recommend. Zero stars if I could. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Not an environment that’s built for you to thrive in. Higher ups are incompetent when it comes to medical issues and standard policies. The culture is all about favoritism. It’s a game of who you know in order to survive. BEWARE!
