Pros

I feel honoured to be a part of one of the best companies. Palni Inc has the expertise in modern technology and implementing new innovative thoughts into works, friendly work environment and I am glad to work in a team as a member. Excellent Management who takes care of their employees in all aspects. Leadership is too supportive, very kind and takes care of every individual employee.

Cons

Yes, there are few minute things that makes little harder at work and I strongly believe that is quite common in the corporate world and fun is missing.
