Pros

Working on new technologies(AWS Services and ML) Friendly HR addressing all your problems and queries product managers are good with a lot of technical knowledge CEO is a very technical guy. He will help you even in coding. Very flexible timings(completion of the work matters here, not the hours you spend in the office) Moderate hikes (about 7-20%) depends on performance

Cons

since it is a startup, right now it is investing in a lot of areas. so don't expect a too-high salary. Although the salary is decent enough.

Pros

Start up company it is, one can find a good number of fresh faces(freshers) to work with.

Cons

Half of them are disgruntled, either due to management decision making ability, very frequent low income issues, lack of projects. One may also need to be proficient in regional language, since there is no decorum for a common language aspect. For example, one who doesn't know regional language, may need an interpretation or shall be ignored, in time to time meetings and events.
