Pros

Only Pay and RSUs, Gym and Cafe ( before covid)

Cons

The executives and middle management suck. Lot of chaos and politics at play. There is no growth path for the roles they hire for with managers not even knowing how to support and mentor their employees. This is true for all the groups - Finance, Engineering, Product Management, Services, Marketing and Sales.. When I resigned there was not even an exit interview. Tried contacting HR and the HR connect number always went to voice message. Even after leaving voice message ..nobody returned my calls. Not sure what is point of having HR !! I would not advice anyone to join even if they pay you 200% more. You would have to live through hell .. repenting to have made the decision to join in the 1st few weeks itself.

Pros

1. A lot of hard working, nice people

Cons

1. Too many issues with not enough time given by leadership to fix them. 2. Poor upper leadership-zero humility shown or expressed. More of a ‘I’m the smartest in the room’ mentality 3. Culture of fear- zero support
