Used to be a hire from within place with a great culture. New management doesnt seem to have a great grasp of what we do and culture has overall gone downhill. Pay isnt great and people are constantly left in the dark

Management is a mess. Work life balance is horrible. Management expectations are not based in reality, previous quarter or previous year’s performance. Forecasting from the field is ignored or considered “poor performance”. Palo Alto Networks refuses to promote within and usually hires outside leaders. This created a disjointed culture and hostile leadership styles. Almost all events involves or is based on alcohol consumption and whoever does not participate or leaves early is an “outsider.”
