Salary, Benefits, Culture of Inclusion, Best-in-Class products and pride in being associated with industry leader.

Cons

New CEO cleaned house and new leadership is changing the culture quickly. High turn over at all levels. Large number of acquisitions. Hard to integrate quickly. Duplicate employees fight to maintain position. The people who last the longest are the ones who step on a fellow coworkers neck to advance him/herself.

- HR works for managers, not for employees. It's a manager driven company where employees input is hardly heard. - HR and management would keep manager to meet just numbers even when managers have bad behaviors - bad culture from senior management, hirerachy tries to cover up bad culture and get rid employees who tries to maintain good culture and try to speak up for right thing - non technical managers so hard convince technical problem or solutions - In R&D they hire non-technical managers to manage engineers so you can imagine, also doesn't let engineers interview the manager and get hired without yes from team - favorism involved in performance ratings - get ready to work on nights and weekends
