Nice office location and near to city

The company focuses on branding itself externally but in reality, it is incapable and ineffective. High turn-over, people are extremely unhappy with a few areas, namely yearly compensation and unreasonable targets. Also, aggressive culture seemed acceptable and normal. Most people are aggressive. It is common to gossip behind colleagues. I have not observed HR make any changes to coach senior managers and it is time for HR to improve immediately on managerial development and executive coaching to improve the culture to reduce the number of good people leaving.

The work is technically challenging and there’s good exposure to complex, real-world problems. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and leadership is approachable at most levels.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, priorities can shift quickly and workloads can get intense during peak periods. Cross-team alignment sometimes takes longer than expected, and processes are still evolving in certain areas.
