      Pros

      - compensation packages-- especially if the stock continues to perform - company growth prospects and category prospects - for small company: related perks such as gym, cafeteria and snacks

      Cons

      -marketing team is steeped in blame and shame culture - would not recommend to a friend-- there is little to no collaboration -you'll need to watch your back here! - look to document and show proof as you'll often have to explain how something went wrong (since the blame gets flung often)

      Pros

      Such a great company to work for! Positive atmosphere, great culture, friendly people, and great perks! I am new to the company but coming in for interview I felt such at home. The nicest girl took me around the building got me water and coffee and she had a schedule for me with everyone I was meeting with. Because of her I am writing this review.

      Cons

      Growing pains. So hiring so many people...not enough space for everyone. But we are getting a new building so that will solve that problem very soon!
