      Pros

      The people are fired up and want to build an amazing company, everyone is ready to pitch in however they can, management is open to developing employees (is employee driven, so you have to be proactive here), technology is ground breaking and solving real world problems, CEO is excellent- very involved, friendly, high integrity

      Cons

      Very busy- not enough hands to go around, but this presents a lot of opportunity to shine if you're willing to do the work. If you're not willing to do the work though, this probably isn't the right place for you

      Excellent stock play due to the high appreciation in their stock

      Cons

      Be prepared to be thrown in a meat grinder. They don't value their employees since some many people are applying for jobs there. They are carving up the territories before you are even making quota in your current territory

      Pros

      Fast growing company, great people to work with, nice gym, free snacks, good benefits

      Cons

      Management team needs help in how to manage people and stick up for their team. Not good on work/life balance. Not a great place if you have kids and a family. They keep talking about a culture, but there isn't one. no peer review, they are done by upper management, which does not make sense, since most people don't interactive with them on a daily bases. Need more positions in place for the rapid growth.
