Pros

Friendly and collaborative atmosphere, excellent work environment, competitive pay. The Computer Science Department building is brand new and the computer labs get regular hardware upgrades.

Cons

Sometimes internal documents and/or other internal issues get a lot of time to get approved or be resolved, but that is understandable for a public college.
