Pros

Good pay, great way to experience both the teaching and administrative sides of the education field

Cons

No training, management can change things at the drop of a hat, schools were not always cooperative with us in reaching out to students

Could be better, could be a lot worse

Pros

I have always felt pretty valued within my department. The camaraderie is decent.

Cons

Short-term hourly employees do not getting many benefits compared to classified employees. And our pay should be higher, especially since some Front Office professionals are doing close to the same work. Just not as extensive.

Pros

The crew is friendly and super understanding of work and life. My boss Edward is the best manager I have ever had!

Cons

Honestly for what the job was cleaning classrooms. I can say I never felt like I have seen or felt something I didn't like. Every shift was smooth, and we knew what to do.
