Great team, inspiring boss, important mission

Not as much direct student interaction/empowerment as I anticipated, but I understand that's not what a college foundation is now.

Filed discrimination with HR and lost my job

Beautiful campus, classes are probably fine.

Cons

All the women in my office filed an HR complaint against our boss for discrimination and harassment. The day he found out I lost my job, and one of the other women was bullied until she left. We ended up losing the suit, and the investigator said that all the women were "marginally credible" and all the men were "exceptionally credible" then cited my being emotional during the interview as reason for me not to be believed.
