PamTen Inc. is one of the best, if not the best, consulting companies that I’ve worked with during the course of my 15 years in the US. In this current fragile economy and ever-worsening immigration climate where all companies operate solely for profit with scant regard to their employees’ wellbeing, PamTen is the only company that has consistently cared for its employees’ welfare throughout. I joined PamTen at a time when my H-1B visa status was in total jeopardy and there was a huge cloud of uncertainty w.r.t. my stay in the country. PamTen went above and beyond in helping me sort out all of my visa issues and also used their myriad of contacts in the tech world to set me up with interviews. I know for a fact that no other company would have helped me out the way PamTen did and for that, I’ll be eternally grateful to them. They recently also moved over to a new insurance provider and that has proved to be an added bonus on top of all the existing employee benefits.
